GreatExperience Even Though we lost

First Ice Hockey game and from parking in the arena to leaving was the best and easiest experience I had. I’ve been to football and basketball games and that part is always a pain and you are always worried about getting there and then leaving. This was totally opposite and I had no issues staying till the end even thought we were losing 1-4. Wry exciting game and if dressed appropriately it feels fresh and cool. Not sure if it’s because the sport it not popular in Miami but I didn’t feel too smothered while at the arena. Definitely would like to go to another game.

Mostly good experience

While understanding they want you to park in the overpriced arena lot, most people park at Sawgrass Mills...but they've made it so we had to walk an extra half mile if you try to cross near the Target. Getting inside was easy and there were plenty of food options pre-game. During the intermissions though, you had to endure incredibly long lines for the bathrooms and refreshments, causing us to miss puck drop for the 2nd period. Additionally, there was a push to sign up for the FLA Live app, which was supposed to allow you to pay for food with a mobile wallet option, but it didnt work every time i tried it and arena workers told me it never works. The atmosphere was fun and the game was fun. Sound in half the arena cut out numerous times. Room for improvement but an easy arena to get into and out of.
